Once onboarding is complete, Rahulabs.ai sets up referral tracking to identify customers who are sent to your business through our campaigns, call tracking systems, referral links, or other agreed attribution methods. When a referred customer completes a paid service or purchase with your store, that transaction is recorded as attributable revenue. A 15% commission is calculated on the final bill amount paid by the customer, and this commission is invoiced only after the transaction is completed. A customer is considered a Rahulabs.ai referral if they contact your business through Rahulabs.ai campaigns, tracking numbers, referral links, or other agreed identifiers, are confirmed as a new or attributable customer, and complete a paid service or purchase with your business. No commission is charged on existing customers, organic walk-ins with no attributable referral source, or transactions that fall outside the agreed attribution window.
Rahulabs.ai uses industry-standard tracking methods to ensure accurate referral attribution. These may include call tracking numbers, referral URLs, UTM parameters, campaign-specific landing pages, or manual confirmation where required. All tracking methods are discussed and mutually agreed upon before activation to maintain clarity and fairness.
Referral attribution is valid for a predefined time window, typically 30 days from the customer’s first interaction. Transactions completed outside this window may not qualify for commission. Attribution decisions are based on the best available tracking data and mutual confirmation in good faith.
